Located in the friendly village of Yátor, Resonancia Community offers a coliving house with coworking spaces equipped with fiber internet, along with two kitchens, a whirlpool, and ample lounge areas inside a four-floor traditional Moorish house with artistic interiors. This is a private long-term rental (minimum stay two months) hosted by Achim Burkard (originally from Germany) and Wambui (from Kenya), who themselves share the space in a community spirit and also travel as digital nomads during the winter.

We celebrate a culture of conscious community living based on self-responsibility and non-violent communication. Participants are welcomed who are in tune with our lifestyle, as we give importance to living together in trust and deep connection. Living with us is often a process of learning and personal growth. Even if you do not arrive as a friend, you will leave as one.

A short walk away you can optionally enjoy Valle de Sensaciones, an Ecovillage Laboratory independently run by the Asociación Valle de Sensaciones. Here we practice a lifestyle close to nature, in a green valley with treehouses and artistic clay buildings. This is an area designed for disconnection from work routines, where we celebrate dancing nights under the full moon, swim in the natural pool, enjoy the freshness of the riverside, or heat the group hot tub in winter.

You will also feel community in the village of Yátor, where Achim was welcomed with great hospitality 30 years ago and since then all our friends have been received with the same open arms and hearts. Simply sitting on our artistic bench in front of the coliving house, you can make friends with our neighbours, and later mingle with the lively crowd over wine and tapas in the local bar right opposite.
